Return policy:

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. - You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you need to contact us at
info@eleanorhome.dk - kindly refer to your order number or invoice number in subject line. Your return needs to be approved by us before sending. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return, will not be accepted.

Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. It is important to take photos of the damages. We need this for the insurance or any claim.

Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

You must pay for the return shipping yourself:

If you for any reasons regret your purchase, you must notify Us that you wish to regret the purchase no later than 14 days after receiving the item.

 

The 14-day period is met if you have simply notified the seller that you wish to regret the purchase before the deadline expires. The return should happen shortly after, unless we have agreed upon something different.

 

Please note, if you return an item to our web shop because you have regretted your purchase, that you must pay the return shipping yourself.

 When you send the item, you must always ensure that you obtain documentation that the item has been sent – for example, a receipt from the post office or the carrier. You are responsible for the item until it is returned to Us.
